What we collect

PayRecon collects your business name, email address, and the payment statements you upload (processor and bank statements in CSV or PDF format). We do not collect, store, or process full payment card numbers.

How your data is used

Uploaded statements are used solely to generate your reconciliation report. Your data is never shared with third parties or used to train AI models.

Data retention

Uploaded statement files are automatically deleted after 90 days. Reconciliation reports are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Security

All data is encrypted at rest. All connections use TLS. Access to your data is restricted by row-level security — other merchants cannot access your reports or uploaded files.
